Club Silver Program - Berwyn Park District: 708-795-2892 - These events are held at Proksa Park Activity Center, 3001 S. Wisconsin Ave.
Proksa Park Needlers: This program is designed for that person who love to sew, knit or crochet and would love to use this fun skill to donate your finished product to people in need. If you want to learn and help, come to Proksa Park. Our donations go to Loyola’s Neonatal Department, Ronald McDonald’s Pediatrics and the Veterans. At our meetings we will discuss what the need is, such as infant knit caps, booties, baby quilts, blankets and lap robes. The following meetings will be used to work on projects. Coffee and great conversation will be present each week, so join us for a great cause. Every Thursday, January 6 thru June 30 from 12:30 until 2:30 p.m. Body Dynamics: If you have difficulty exercising and want to try something that is easier for you, join us for an invigorating workout! Simple seated exercise can help your circulation, even if you have difficulty moving around. Please join this ongoing program at any time. Please register in advance.
