Riverside Deputy Chief appointed to advisory committee at ITT Print E-mail

Riverside Deputy Chief John Krull, a 24-year member of the Riverside Police Department, has recently been appointed to the ITT Technical Institute Criminal Justice Advisory Committee. 

In a statement released by Chief Tom Weitzel he said “One of the most important duties of police leadership is to appoint qualified command staff members to serve on various committees whose work is so important to the success of the law enforcement profession, Deputy Chief Krull is one of those leaders”.

Krull is a Riverside native who graduated from Riverside-Brookfield High School.  He began his career with the Riverside Police force as a patrol officer in 1987. He graduated from the FBI's National Academy in 2008 and holds a master's degree from National-Louis University.

The School of Criminal Justice at ITT Tech focuses on offering programs that integrate interpersonal skills and criminal justice subject matter. Programs in criminal justice teach the fundamentals of the criminal justice system and criminal justice skills, as well as certain technical skills used in criminal justice
