Brookfield Recreation is now accepting applications for the 2012 Battle of the Bands sponsored by the Village of Brookfield and A Sound Education, which takes place on Sunday, May 20, 2012 from noon to 6 p.m.

Bands compete for a chance to move on to the regional semi-finals as well as a demo recording at VMR Studios, a performance opportunity at the Brookfield Independence Day Celebration, and a chance to play at Brookfield Zoo.

If you are interested in competing, you can pick up an application at the Recreation Department office, A Sound Education or download a copy from A Sound Education.

Application deadline is March 30^th.
